1. About AimPro Air

AimPro Air ("AimPro Air," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ("HVAC") services in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area in the State of Arizona. We operate as a licensed and insured Arizona HVAC contractor.

2. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests or contact information
• Attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website
• Use the website in violation of applicable federal, state, or local law

3. Service requests and intake form

Submitting our guided intake form, calling us, or emailing us does not create a binding contract for HVAC work. It is a request for information, scheduling, or a quote. A separate written or verbal agreement may be required before service is performed.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property described. You must agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy before submitting the intake form.

4. Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Any price range, estimate, or quote provided through this website, by phone, or by email is preliminary unless confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. Final pricing depends on on-site diagnosis, equipment selection, code requirements, permits, access conditions, and scope of work.

Arizona law requires certain disclosures for home solicitation and consumer transactions. We provide clear written scope and pricing before performing billable work whenever practicable.

5. Scheduling, access, and cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, prior job duration, and emergency calls may affect arrival time. You agree to provide safe access to equipment and work areas and to disclose known hazards, pets, gate codes, or occupancy restrictions.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

6. Warranties and workmanship

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as provided by the manufacturer. Our labor and service warranties, if any, will be described in your service documentation. Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted comfort, specific energy savings, or compatibility with every home configuration until a qualified technician has inspected your system.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, AimPro Air shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from preliminary communications before a signed service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

8. Communications and consent

By submitting the intake form or contacting us, you consent to receive calls and text messages at the number you provide regarding your service request, scheduling, follow-up, and related customer service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent by contacting us or replying STOP to promotional texts where applicable.

Telephone and text communications may be subject to the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and Arizona telephone solicitation laws. We honor applicable do-not-call requests and maintain records of consent where required.

9. Intellectual property

The AimPro Air name, logo, website content, and marketing materials are owned by AimPro Air or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing suit, you agree to contact us at service@aimproair.com to attempt good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
